As someone who is not too interested in reminiscing about his own background, There are many who are kept in the dark about his past and his upbringing. Rou Watamori, a long time citizen of Kasaihana city, had once been an expert swordsman in the public view until an unknown incident where it had seemed as if he had disappeared from the face of the earth.
